| Crosslinker VP 150 for Dispersion Coatings Use: The addition of Crosslinker VP 150 improves repelling and resistance of dispersion coatings against water, alcohol, fat and oil. In addition, many quality characteristics, like rub resistance, block resistance and temperature stability are considerably increased by adding Crosslinker VP 150. Dosage: 1 - 3 % with regard to the dispersion coating Special Notes: Crosslinker VP 150 must be added slowly at high stirring speed. Thus the viscosity increases slightly which can be compensated by adding 1 -2 % water. Materials with crosslinker added must be used within 24 hours. Before using a 2 component mixture which has already exceeded this time limit, we recommend to add more Crosslinker or to mix the "old mixture" with a fresh batch of coating with Crosslinker VP 150 added. Crosslinker VP 150 is not approved by the German Health and Safety Control (BGVV).
